Physics of sports

My main idea for the science fair is to do the Physics of Sports. There is plenty of information on this in the book I have and in there is enough websites that I can use.  For science fair am going to test where the sweet spot is on the bat that makes the baseball go farther. For testing, I am going to hit sixty pitches total off a baseball tee and twenty on three different spots of the bat. I will measure the three different spots and record them on a spreadsheet. That is my experiment for eigth grade science fair.
